ORDERS

  • What is your return & exchange policy?  Due to our products being natural, we do not accept returns or exchanges

  • Lost / Stolen Packages? : We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

  • Damaged Orders? :  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify your order

  • Where to Find Tracking & Order Details? : Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details Once your order is shipped, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details

  • Can I cancel my order? : Once orders are placed, orders are finalized for processing and you can no longer cancel your order 

  • I put the wrong address, can I change it? : Please be sure to check all information thoroughly and ensure that all information is correct. Changes cannot be submitted once the order is placed.

  • Do you offer refunds? Sorry, We do not offer refunds

 

PRODUCTS

  • Patch tests/ Before use ( What is a patch test ? -  A test used to help you determine whether your skin will react negatively or not to a new product by just using a small amount. This will let you know if you should continue to use the product or not. How to perform a patch test at home?

 

  • Clean the area 

  • Apply to your inner forearm 

  • Apply a quarter size amount

  • Leave on and do not get wet for 24 hours

  • If irritation occurs , wash with soap immediately & discontinue use.

  • If irritation does not occur, the product is safe to use 

 

      How to store products? :  All products should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place, avoid sunlight and heat

      How often do you restock? : The turnaround time for replenishment is up to 2 - 4 weeks 

      How long do products last ?  : We recommended to use most products within 6 months to 1 year

 

SHIPPING 

       International Shipping :  Sorry, We currently do not offer International Shipping 

       Domestic Shipping :  All orders are set to ship within 3-4 days after it is processed. Processing can be up to 5 days

 

PAYMENTS 

       What forms of payment do you accept? :  We Accept Credit Cards , Debit Cards, PayPal, Gift Cards 

       When do gift cards expire? :  Gift Cards Never Expire
